The whole-body phantom PU-60 is the most comprehensive phantom in the range.

In addition to the lifelike skeleton, this phantom features full human anatomy and organs. The CT whole body phantom is a life-size whole-body anthropomorphic phantom (Hounsfield) with movable and removable joints that make the positioning realistic. The phantom can be disassembled into 10 parts so it can be used for various training sessions and research purposes.

Available with various pathology. Available as a complete pathology phantom, but it can also be chosen to add some pathology to the PBU-60

Features:

  • Life-size, synthetic skeleton: skull, vertebrae, collarbones, ribs, sternum, shoulder blade, hips and thighs.
  • Internal organs: brain with ventricles, eyes, lungs with pulmonary vessels (up to the 3rd bifurcation), trachea, liver with portal and hepatic veins, pancreas, kidneys, gallbladder, spleen, aorta, Vena cava, ureter, urinary bladder, prostate, rectum and sigmoid.
  • Shoulders: rotate through full 360 degrees in the sagittal plane and approximately 180 degrees of abduction.
  • Hip joints rotate forward to about 90 degrees and abduction to 45 degrees.
  • Knees: bend to about 90 degrees.
  • Elbows: bend to about 90 degrees.
  • Expandable to include various pathology as desired.
  • Body plates are available for this phantom to simulate obese patients up to a BMI 40.
