ESTRO has established guidelines for radiotherapy treatments during the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the guidelines is that “patients wear their own personal face masks even when they do not have symptoms”. This makes patient identification by face recognition or by using photo more complicated and less reliable. CNERGY Go! identifies the patient by their hand palm and makes patient identification fast and easy. The accelerator will not start until a positive match is made.
